nordapep.com is operated by MQD (UK) LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Nordapep ("Nordapep", "we", "us"). We supply customers across the United Kingdom and the European Union. These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with us.

Every product listed on this site is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and analytical research use. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, that you are not purchasing for human or veterinary consumption, and that you are legally entitled to purchase and possess the products in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect a product will not be used for research purposes.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. For orders delivered to the EU, your order is treated as an export from the UK; any import VAT or customs duty due in your country is collected separately by your courier or local customs authority, not at our checkout — see our shipping page for details. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and stock levels are accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Products are supplied on an "as tested" basis for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any use of our products outside of in vitro laboratory research, including any human or veterinary use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're ordering as a consumer resident in the EU, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
