Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch to addresses across the United Kingdom and the European Union. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us first to check whether we can fulfil your order.

UK orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, dispatch the next business day. EU orders dispatch daily and typically leave our facility within one business day of being placed.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and typically arrive within one to two business days of dispatch. EU orders ship via a tracked international courier, with delivery typically taking three to six business days depending on destination country. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

For orders delivered outside the UK, your order may be subject to import VAT and, in some cases, customs duty, charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in our checkout price or collected by us. Your courier will normally contact you directly if anything is due before final delivery.

Every order is packed with cold-chain materials to protect product integrity in transit, inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging — for both UK and EU destinations.

Standard tracked UK shipping is free on orders over £75; orders under that threshold are charged a flat UK shipping fee at checkout. EU shipping is charged at a flat tracked-courier rate shown at checkout, calculated by destination country.
