What do shorthand names like Reta, GHK-Cu, MT1 and MT2 mean?
They are common abbreviations for the compounds named in full on each product page: Reta is shorthand for retatrutide, GHK-Cu for the glycyl-histidyl-lysine copper peptide, and MT1 and MT2 for Melanotan I and Melanotan II. Each product page gives the full name, strength, batch reference and Certificate of Analysis.
Do you ship to the EU?
Yes — we dispatch across the UK and EU. EU orders may be subject to import VAT or customs duty charged by your local customs authority on arrival, which isn't included in our checkout price. See our shipping page for full details.
Are prices shown including VAT?
UK prices include UK VAT. EU orders are treated as exports from the UK, so any VAT or duty due in your country is collected separately by your courier or customs authority on delivery, not at our checkout.
What's a Certificate of Analysis?
A CoA is the independent lab's report confirming a batch's purity by RP-HPLC. A matching CoA is included with every order, and you can request one ahead of purchase via our quality page.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Checkout offers card payment on a secure hosted payment page, or crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL or XRP) with a wallet address and QR code shown on your order page. Prices are listed in GBP; customers who choose EUR in the site header are charged the euro equivalent at the current ECB rate, and every other currency is shown for reference only.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
