Every product we sell is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and analytical research. It's not a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and none of it is intended for human or veterinary use.
Every product label carries a batch reference that matches its Certificate of Analysis. You can check it instantly on our batch verification page, or email us the reference directly.
UK orders placed before 2pm on a business day dispatch the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. EU orders dispatch daily via tracked courier. Every order is packed with cold-chain materials in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Yes — we dispatch across the UK and EU. EU orders may be subject to import VAT or customs duty charged by your local customs authority on arrival, which isn't included in our checkout price. See our shipping page for full details.
UK prices include UK VAT. EU orders are treated as exports from the UK, so any VAT or duty due in your country is collected separately by your courier or customs authority on delivery, not at our checkout.
A CoA is the independent lab's report confirming a batch's purity by RP-HPLC. A matching CoA is included with every order, and you can request one ahead of purchase via our quality page.
Store as directed on the product label — typically frozen or refrigerated until reconstitution. Full storage guidance ships with every order.
Because our products require cold-chain handling from the moment they leave our facility, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once dispatched. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full — see our returns policy.
